My experience managing multiple things simultaneously, and helping people’s needs helped me focus on delivering good service and value to the users in my UX design career.
In my recent project at Careerfoundry, I was responsible for designing an Olive healthcare mobile app from end to end process. I used the Design Thinking Process to create the healthcare app, allowing users to log in to their well-being portal in a remote setting.
User interviews and surveys were conducted to understand better the needs and goals of users’ physical and mental well-being. A tool like Figma was used to design low-fidelity screens, resulting in a productive and emotional user interface. The design was successfully implemented on time and within budget through effective collaboration.
